2mdGreen peppers, diced

1 1/2cBoiling water
2 1/2cTomato sauce
1tbTo 2 tbsp. chili powder
1pnPepper
1tsSalt
1tbSoy sauce
1tbMustard
1tbSugar
1 1/2cDry Texturized Vegetable
  Protein (TVP)

Saute onion and green peppers in oil. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer together for 20 minutes and serve hot on soft sandwich buns.
